All reservations have a 3 night minimum.

3 nights - $900

Each additional night -   $200

This rate is inclusive of ALL fees to include taxes, gate pass, and cleaning fee.  NOTHING extra added on!

Payment can be made via:

Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check - payable to Crafty Bear Retreat.  $30 fee for returned checks.

Zelle, Venmo

VISA, MasterCard, American Express - 3.5% fee added

CHECK IN:       10:00AM

CHECK OUT:   3:00PM

A 50% deposit is due to hold your reservation.  The balance of reservation fee is due 30 days prior to reservation date - no exceptions.   All dates will be communicated to you in the initial confirmation.  Once the final payment is received, an email will be sent to the group leader with directions and gate entry instructions.  Cancellation policy listed below.
